 GUIDE TO THE E-RFP PROCESS
  1. Read the Quick Reference Section online or download and print in Microsoft Word.
  2. Read the E-RFP Instructions online or download and print.
  3. Read the E-RFP Response Volumes that you are interested in online or download and print.
  4. Read the Information Sections online or download and print.
  5. * The entire site can be read by starting at the homepage and clicking the NEXT button at the bottom of each page.
  6. If you have any questions, submit the Clarification to E-RFP Form by December 6, 1999.
  7. Attend the Pre-Proposal Conference (optional) on December 15, 1999 in Austin, TX.
  8. If you have more questions, submit the Further Clarification to E-RFP Form by December 22, 1999.
  9. If you wish to submit a proposal, submit the Intention to Propose Form by December 22, 1999.
  10. Submit your proposal by January 10, 2000. Double-check the submittal instructions before submitting.
  11. Qualified agencies submitting the most attractive proposal will be asked to make a presentation to the UT System Travel Management Council.
  12. The anticipated contract award date is March 2000.
  13. An ensuing two-month contract negotiation period is envisaged with initial account implementation to start between May and June 2000.
